And now, with a brand new interface with 7-Zip for any kind of compressed format without (i hope) the need of an intermediate extraction file

This new release with wbfs files support?
Really need a new program...all the current ones are abandoned projects.
And nothing is as sexy as wbfssync

Can you add files aside from ISO files, like a regular NTFS Drive?

Humm, no, the wbfs is a format made exclusively for Wii Games, i've been thinking in a solution but with all the support to FAT/NTFS i don't think it worth any modification on the current wbfs structure.

I would also like to say something about another issue from the last version, the network drives...

To access the USB drives i need to run the program as administrator on Vista and Seven (thanks to UAC), which is almost like a new user, ok... not exactly an user... but enough for Windows to tell for sure that isn't the same one who created the network drive. Since Windows has a lot of per-user configurations, this happened to be one of them...

Since WBFSSync 2x i looked for a solution, and i have found a registry key that "share" the Net Drives to all users, at my point of view however, this can lead to some problems, even vulnerabilities, so i think i will drop this feature until i find a better way... With another process connected though a Pipe maybe...

Any idea on if it might be updated soon?

, vacations will be here soon so i will have some time to work on,
basically the new engine is done i only need to port all the GUI from Windows Forms to WPF wich is hardware accelerated (some people really complain about lag on some random cases

Planning on supporting FAT/NTFS on new versions?

Yes, since this filesystems have serial number it will be easy to mark them as Gaming partitions to allow auto-convertions when you copy games to them. I just need the format of the files...

Darkranboria is the one who referred me to this program right after I homebrewed my wii saying, and I quote "Guys a freaking genius".

This really is something amazing, when I looked at it on his computer I thought it WAS windows explorer at first lol. I hope the new version will be out soon, it hasn't been updated in a long while so any update would be a godsend
