Homebrew WBFS "Drive Cannot Be Formated"

Okay so I recently got a 150 gb hard drive and when I try to format I get a error message. What can I do? I have tried everything including reformatting. Thanks!

Make sure it's MBR rather than GPT, using a disk utility like diskmgmt.msc in windows or gparted on linux.
