dude, don’t get angry, just block them, then these forums become a place of love and harmony againBut they're not. They offer things atmos doesnt you're literally lying and misusing that word from bias. Until atmos offers EVERY. SINGLE. THING. That tx does, its, by definition, NOT obsolete. Stop being an immature idiot fanboy. I swear atmoshills are so fucking obnoxious. You like atmosphere? Fine. Use it. But stop being a douche to people who CHOOSE to use sx. Let people have opinions instead of being an immature child.
You're right. I'm sorry.dude, don’t get angry, just block them, then these forums become a place of love and harmony again
I have a similar question to this. I updated from sx os 2.8 firmware 8.1.0 EMUNAND to sx os 2.9.1 firmware 9.0.0 EMUNAND. My SYSNAND is on firmware 5.1.0 and hasn't been updated. My question is did the gamecart fuses burn when I updated to 9.0.0 on EMUNAND or do they only burn if you update on SYSNAND? I no longer have any physical game carts to test this. If possible i'd like to keep my efuses and gamecart fuses intact for SYSNAND firmware 5.1.0 for potential future resell value. So I updated SX OS stupidly. This means that if I downgrade my SYSNAND to my backup (4.1.0) I can't use any carts on that version, but I can still make an EMUNAND and update that to 9.0.0 and carts will work, right?
I hope someone with deeper knowledge can explain this in detail, because I have always thought emunand was completely separated from sysnand, so updating emunand shouldn't change the way your sysnand works. My line of work has always been pretty straight forward: as long as sx os releases have been proven stable, I've updated sx os first, then newest firmware with choi on emunand, then booting to sys and update normally. This time, with 2.9.2 and 9.0.1, the last stage with sysnand was interrupted with a black error screen (came cart fuse error). I had left a cart in the slot during the process so now when booting to sysnand to update normally, it gave me the error screen. It was just a matter of taking out the cart and boot again, so I wouldn't have noticed it if the cart was out from the start. Anyway, I was surprised that updating emunand indeed changed the way my sysnand worked. So to answer your question, yes I guess the fuses burn when updating emunand.I have a similar question to this. @SaggyBeans if you want to update your OP with this new information.
Regarding the xci emulation being broken when used online with stealth mode turned off. This happens when you have two Nintendo Switch’s with the same Nintendo Account ID connected to both consoles. I have been trying to solve this problem for a while alongside team xecuter and eventually we broke through and found the issue that causes this, the devs are now fixing the problem and hopefully be solved with the up and coming sxos 3.0 revision.
