No no.. Fenrirwolf CIOS usb2 is to make your USB slots 2.0 it has nothing to do with overwriting CIOS Rev8 thats a different story there

formatted 40GB USB drive FAT32

And still get the error ([+] ERROR: Could not initialize USB Storage subsystem! (ret = -6) ... Press any button to restart.

I think we all may have jumped the gun, but it's pretty to look at either way !

Is this a leak? Because if it is, I'm pretty sure I stand for GBAtemp here, we don't want to share it unless the creator wants it to. This has happened to him before and I don't think it should happen again. MODS maybe you could edit links just in case?

The SoftMii Team Would personally advise that you do not use this version of the loader as it is not for official release.

This version is not completely stable and you should therefore not use it.

Waninkoko will release the loader once it is ready as he has always done with his other apps - or it may be cancelled all together like the last leaked project.

So - Again, Please do not use this as it could cause issues with your console - there is no support.


THE BEST THING PEOPLE CAN DO IS DELETE THIS AND WAIT - Do you want a BRICK for not waiting for the author to release something?

I have 4.0U , but may work on 3.4< , but I'm going to wait for an official release .... I should know better !

Most likely it's a new cIOS needed, hopefully he won't go ballistic like he did when his first software loader was leaked... that would probably end bad for us all.

Yes, the menu looks different from the video. The power and home buttons in the video are on the bottom right, and this one shows them in the upper left. Also, there is no minus(-) or plus(+) on this one for install and uninstall.

Because the hard drive isnt recognize.. that is why there isnt a Minus or Plus.. until the hard drive gets detected it should work..

I doubt that is the case. That doesn't explain why the power button icon and the home button icons are in a different place.
