Is woodr4sdhc a project of its own or is/was it a part of the WAIO project only?

I found WAIO about a week ago and downloaded it. The distribution contains beside waio.nds of several woodr4{xyz}.nds files ... one of them was woodr4sdhc.nds. Although it didnt work with my 8GB micro sdhc card, i was totaly impressed what it makes possible with smaller cards.

Now Xenon++ has left and therefore i like to know if there will be further development on woodr4sdhc (if it wasnt done by xenon++) or not (if it was part of WAIO only and/or developed by Xenon++).

EDIT: Found a distribution with a credit file containing the names of Rudolph, Julian, Lloydx, abel009, konakona-chan, finalworld2012 and Aurionfox - xenon++ wasnt mentioned.

As for why it didn't work on your 8GB MicroSDHC, I believe Xeonon++ said it wouldn't work on cards >4GB.


If you have a copy of WAIO with credits to anyone, it's FAKE and I wouldn't use it.
You probably also don't have the sourcecode included with your copy.

Thanks for information.

It seems to be time to find some other flashcard within the next weeks/months. Last update on r4.sdhc.com for nds/lite version was about 8 months ago and waio was the only alternative i found.

Heres all I could find on my R4SDHC, all the loaders inside the "_rpg" are still intact, but there is only the waior4sdhc loader in the root directory. Hope this helps those of you who still would like to use the awesome WAIO on your R4SDHC ;]

Yes, I just quoted myself again. You can't redistribute the stuff from WAIO, so take down the link *rage rage*.

Well, apparently you CAN redistribute WAIO (need source files though)...but you can't redistribute the rpglink.nds stuff.
