VitaMilk reeeeally need help patching this port

Hello guys
I'm not really experienced in this kind of thing....but i'm getting crazy tryin to patch the required file of this port:
Here's are the instructions:

1. Download the VPK from the releases section of this repo.
2. Install the VPK on your Vita.
3. Extract the vpk on desktop (change .vpk extension to .zip first if needed).
4. Locate the installation folder of the game on your computer.
5. Create a copy of the game folder in the same location as the extracted vpk's folder.
6. Use one of the patches in the vpk folder's patches folder:
   • For xdelta3 / Windows:
     • Install / download a precompiled binary (.exe) for xdelta3.
     • Download the xdelta patch using the URL in patches\xdelta3.url
     • Copy xdelta3.rpa into the copy of the game folder you made in step 4.
     • Make sure that your xdelta.exe is in a folder that's a part of your PATH variable OR
       
       • copy xdelta.exe into the game folder.
     • Open up a cmd prompt or powershell window in that folder.
     • Run xdelta3.exe -d -s archive.rpa xdelta3.rpa archive.rpa.new .
   • Delete the original archive.rpa and rename archive.rpa.new to archive.rpa.
   • Now copy that game folder to ux0:app/RLYX00002/ on your Vita.

The xdelta3 patch...could someone help me out? I keep getting errors on errors
Really don't know how to do it.

I tried even xdelta3 UIs without results

EDIT: already tried to contact the guy who made the port...but he hasn't replied yet. There's also another way with Linux

• Install bsdiff through your distro's package manager.
• Copy bsdiff.rpa into the copy of the game folder you made in step 4.
• Run bspatch archive.rpa archive.rpa.new bsdiff.rpa

Sadly, i only own a couple of Windows pc

You usually use repatch iirc to modify files, so no deleting or renaming.

This is a homebrew port, not a commercial game, so repatch isn't relevant here.

at this poin i'll upload the required files if someone has the time to try this out.
With xdelta GUI and other programs i created a couple of files (about 14 mb) but they were unusable. The game didn't start up
