Hacking Vita Help - sd2vita without a memory card

Hi Guys

So my Vita 1000 model has it's official sony memory card as dead - previoulsy had vitashell etc

Have an Sd2Vita and memory card as suitable

unit already has henkaku 3.6 on it

now, everything I have seen suggests using MLTHAKU to get the sd2vita system working - the only problem being that website does not work any more.

so how the hell do i get my vita to recognise the sdcard?

Read this https://vita.hacks.guide/storagemgr.html may help. I am quite rusty but I think by opening the storage_config.txt file in SD2Vita and changing the values of storage to use as "main" the SD2Vita you can bypass the official.

I think the following bullets

• MCD=uma0 REMOVE if exists
• INT=imc0 REMOVE if exists
• GCD=ux0 should be kept as-is for SD2Vita users, and edited to UMA=ux0 for USB drive and psvsd users

May help point you in the right direction. If not borrow a card from someone or pick up a small sized one for the install then resell it.
