I think these are the only ones supported. Not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure. Are NTAG215 the only type supported, or you just tried those and it worked ?

Do you have a case on? It didn't work for me until I removed it. Place it directly in center of phone and slowly move itMy phone has nfc and i tried the same thing and nothing is working (its on and everything.) Im stuck at a Place phone on blank tag. I place it and nothing. I even moved it.
Piracy, I don't own any amiibos. Will it work for 6.0 (android) phones ? Also, does this means piracy, or do I need an amiibo to create a working tag ?

The guy below you said he had to turn on NFC in settings, have you tried that?It does not have a case
Did this solve your invalid tag issue? You probably have a bad tag, it should be 540 bytes.I had to turn on the NFC feature in my phone settings. It was off by default.

thanks, and np.Awesome vid tutorial, thanks DarkFlare. Does anyone know if these tags can be overwritten or changed later after an amiibo has been written to them?
Any idea why Amiibos scanned using the app are 532 bytes? Can't currently check if they work since I have no tags yet </3
