Hey GBATemp! I know that there are people out there trying to make custom 3DS banners and such and don't know where to start, so I decided to make a video showing what I do to make custom banners. I've been having these tools for so long I don't remember who made the tools but feel free to say who made them if you do know!

REQUIREMENTS:

- A PC (duh)
- 3DS With CFW
- Decrypted .CIA File
- .CIA Installer for 3DS (ex. FBI)

    @realtimesave, I haven't modded a Xbox 360 before, looks easy to mod, but difficult to take apart lol. I've done OG Xboxes before.

    I would not recommend 360 phat models anymore, slims are better, and RGH3 possible, phats only rgh1 or jtag
