Has anyone at all tested the HD Box Pro in 480i, to see if the colours look washed out (maybe with a PS2 or something, as my 2 consoles are PS2 and Wii)? Also, is it possible to get it with a UK power adaptor instead of NA?

EMAIL them for UK power adapter is OK, also you can request them for a GBP quotation. I have try it with PS2 and VC Game, it work fine but you have to purchase a PS2 component cable.

I don't know what I should do. I emailed two lokal consolestores and asked what is better, the vdigi cable or a vga box. One shop mailed me, that a vga box would be the best way. But the other shop mailed the cable would be the best way. I mean, the cable is the cheapest way but the best?

i have the hdbox pro, i was wondering what the source button does? i have a wii hooked up through component and a xbox 360 through vga, the source doesnt switch between them, the vga from the xbox works when i power off the box.

is that work on normal Desktop VGA output? the monitor show no signal or out of range?

P.S.: try use component cable of xbox with hdboxpro, you may love to use hdboxpro instead of VGA.

Hey everyone if I was to buy a HD PRO thingy, do I need to buy a cable too?
Because I already have 1 VGA cable spare and spare slot for VGA on my PC tower since my computer uses a HDMI one. And I have Samsung 22' which has a 'source' button.

if you already have 1 vga cable then thats enough, the hdbox pro only comes with a power cord, so it assumes you have a component cable for your wii and a regular vga cable (which you have) to go from the box to the monitor. now you may need a headphone jack (male to male) to take the audio from the hdbox pro to the computer, or you can just plug your speakers right into the hdbox pro.

Thanks for clearing that up, appreciate it!

I just received my HDboxPro.
I ordered it on 29 april, so it's almost 1month for France delivery.

As the AC adapter is an HK format, I used one I had but it's only 500mA and it's not working.
The LED is on red/green but no signal go to the VGA output.

I will have to order a new AC adapter now with at least 1000mA (1A).

I just received the Mayflash VGA Wii/PS3 cable. It's a component to VGA converter in the form of a cable.

The image quality of the wii is great. The only problem I have is that the image turns black for 1 second every 30 seconds or so.

Does anyone else have this problem as well?
