Is there a way to modify old homebrew apps that only support original Wii controllers (RVL-003) so that they work with the newer controllers with Wii Motion Plus built in? Wanting to play 4P Super Mario War with my friends but I only have 2 OG controllers.

you'll need to modify a bit the source code for make them compile with devkitPPC r26 or newer, these versions have support for compiling for work with newer Wiimote Plus.

Yeah but no all homebrew was updated, so if you want a very old homebrew to work with "newest" controllers you need to modify the source code and complile with latest libs
not necessarily the latest libs. i think since libOGC 1.8.15-1 and devkitPPC r26 these are compatible with Wii Remote Plus.

Just found out he's doing alright, doing a lot of complaining too, rightfully so. Who wouldn't complain after having a seizure and being hospitalized?
