Hacking Using online features with a banned Switch?

Hey there, I have a question: my switch got banned 'cause I went online whithout any 90dns or whatever.
I know that you can play online with your friends with a banned switch using Lan Play. But I'm curious if I can use online features like downloading designs in ACNH or uploading whatever or use Pokemon Home (I hope you know what I mean).
Is that possible or will that ever be possible?

I guess you can access the Smash Bros. Ultimate News page, that just uses a web page like other ones. Ehh, you can use YouTube too, but only with a modified one.
