Homebrew USB Loader GX making me copy my GC games to SD???

I have my MIOS patched and I have Dios Mios installed NOT Dios Mios Lite so why is my Wii making me do Gamecube through my SD card slot???

because you're using a very old release of USBLGX...which is not able to launch GC games directly from HDD.
