Hacking updating from rxtools to luma

hey guys im a bit noob in terms of 3ds hacking and just basically follow a guide before when installing cfw

i am running on rxtools and to my memory i use bootmanager so that whenever i turn on my 3ds its gonna go directly to emuNAND rxtools. i realized that rxtools is patched in the latest system update and trying to change cfw into luma

i've read many threads and know that the best way is to change to luma using boot9strap and using this result in installing cfw in sysnand (cmiiw)

my concern is what's the bad thing of installing cfw in sysNAND and in which part of 3ds.guide should i start on to update my rxtools to luma?

i can already load homebrew launcher tho, shouldi just start at installing b9s? and i already have FBI installed in my emunand, i read the guide and it requires me to move my emunand to sysnand, does that move everything installed in my emunand including FBI or do have to inject fbi?
