Hacking Updating 3.1E Wii with wiikey to use USB loaders

I have an old PAL Wii with the original wiikey and I would like to start using it again with a USB loader. It's currently on 3.1E.
I already have the Homebrew Channel installed (about screen says Version 1.1.0, IOS37 v8.22) and Bootmii installed. I have a NAND backup from when I first installed HBC. Here is my syscheck report:

I can see that I am missing a lot of IOS. I have read a few guides but I can't tell what's out of date, and I am not sure what applies to me as I already have the HBC. Obviously I am wary of doing a standard system update and losing my current mod.


Can someone point me in the right direction to bring my Wii up to date and get a USB loader?
