Hacking Updated OFW and Joycons no longer work with HB

So I updated to 9.0.1 because of some newer games and everything worked great until I tried some homebrew and it appears that my joycons arent working with homebrew now.

Ive updated multiple times before and never had this problem.

Help?

Oh and Im using SX cfw.

Update whichever homebrew apps you are trying to use. Why did you go to 9.0.1 insteadof updating to 9.1?

For example with Retroarc and SysClk I can navigate the options with the analog stick but cant select any of the options.
