Nope, you're moving up firmwares.
Just install REBUG.

Thanks. Yea I forget how to do Toggle QA. How do I turn on or use Toggle QA?

So I update CFW first, and then I can install latest multiman and Rebug toolbox? What about the PS2 Launcher? WHich one do I use? I want to be able to play PS1 and PS2 ISOs.

You don't need a PS2 launcher.
Just set Rebug to Cobra mode and Multiman to mmCM.
Then you can launch PS2 games.

As for the QA, it's not needed, there's a homebrew which toggles the QA but you can safely upgrade to the latest Rebug without it.
