I've seen that there was a UI editor for a modded switch and was wondering if there was something like that for 3ds? I thought it would be cool if you can just change the layout of the main menu and stuff like that.

Well there isn't a "UI Editor" for switch that's just custom themes

On the 3DS there are themes (and custom ones too, use Anemone3DS) and you can move game icons around and place badges with the Nintendo Badge Arcade (and get custom badges too) so I guess we already have a UI editor?

there is a way to modify the home screen, but it's complicated. there's no real editor to make it easy, and it's strongly recommended making a nand backup beforehand.
