Gaming UHm Cave Story ?

Why can I find cave story 3D only at 1 webstore ?? So I pre-order it there last week but now at the release date they still don't have it :S so they can't ship it. Did I missed something ??

lol yeah, i checked several days including today, but no luck.. like as if the stores don't even know it exsists at all.
I asked them if they already have cave story and they were like, ''Huuuhhh? cave story? what is that?'' >.

Here in the US my store only got the 1 copy that I preordered. I guess the stores are only carrying enough for the few people who actually want the game. Maybe you should have your local store order it for you.

I bought it at Wehkamp a dutch webstore which is a pretty good website, I pre ordered it for €37 which is pretty cheap in NL (almost every game is €50) , but when I contacted them today they said the game didn't arrived yet and that it could not be shipped.

They said they got it, but I can't find the game on their website anymore... 0.0 but I hope so indeed. Else there may be a chance that you need to import the UK one or whatever.

BTW just to assure you this game is freakin amazing! the 3d aspect is dead on....and everything we loved about this game is 10x better...

Not even my local Game Mania has it(they cancelled my pre-order). I'd hit up the local non-gaming specific stores but I doubt I'd find it there.

I was looking for this game and dedicated games stores don't have it in stock, but a supermarket does? Yet MW3 is absolutely everywhere...

The sad thing is I'm sure I read somewhere that they held back on releasing this for a few months, so it didn't wind up in the bargain buckets before the 3DS picked up (presumably if they waited til Nov, they could use people buying SM3dL and MK7 instead as an excuse and save the 3DS from more abuse- "Cave Story 3D is great but no-one bought it, Vita is better")

I contacted Nintendo NL and they said: that they don't have info about that :S that's weird, Nintendo doesn't know why a game for their console is nowhere to be found. So It's time for plan B: taking contact with NIS America I just realize I really want to know what happend instead of waiting

Yes, It's just nowhere to be found in NL :S in online stores they say: Release date 11-11-11 but it is not in stock and on websites of local game/toy stores it is no where to be found.

Use a prepaid Visa credit card. The ones I usually use for online purchases are the "Vanilla Visa" gift cards, the only problem it they only come in increments of 25$.

Also, wasn't one of the major points of Cave Story was that it was a tribute to classic games, and the old school graphics were a big point of it?
