Not sure if this is where this should be posted, but im currently trying to build my own "code manager" for PC if you will, but I lack the knowledge to convert txt to gct..would anybody here know how?

some (if not all current usb loaders) have such a conversion built-in their program. most are open-source. I know that source code to elder versions of cfg usb loader are released.

He was saying that you could maybe still look at that wii source code and use it to help to improve the PC program.

the functions used in all the usb loaders are written in c. maybe 1 or 2 of them use c++ for this. that means that those functions will works perfectly fine for a PC. you just need to write a little bit of code to read the txt file from a hard drive into a buffer in memory. then give that memory buffer to these functions. and they will spit out a memory buffer that you write to a gct file with fwrite or whatever.
