ROM Hack Transfering Pokemons from phone emulator to 3DS

Hi everyone,
I was playing Pokemon Heartgold version on Drastic emulator.
I just bought 3DS and I have Pokemon Y and I wanted to know is there a way to transfer my Pokemons from the Drastic to the Pokemon Y game on my 3DS?

There sure is! Use JKSM to extract and decrypt Y's save file, find the save from your HeartGold, then open them both up in PKHex, drag your Pokémon from HeartGold into Y's boxes, and then save Y's main file back (for extra authenticity, make sure to take off any hold items they have if they keep them), before using JKSM to write it back to your game cartridge/install.

And if you don't have CFW already, you'll probably need soundhax to run JKSM's 3dsx version.

(if by some miracle you're not on the latest 11.3 system software, follow this guide to be a very happy chappy. Hell, even if you are, bookmark it for later. But get soundhax now either way.)
