Hacking Homebrew ThreeSD extract ExtraData

I hav been trying to extract the ExtraData from my SD Card using ThreeSD on my computer. I have the moveable.sed and boot9.bin files here.
Does anyone have a tutorial or tipps on how I can do that?

Not sure about extdata, but there's one for encrypted saves.
