The quickest and best chance of finding an exploit in new hardware is going to rest in the internet browser if the device has an internet browser. When he says they want free hax, he means that people want an exploit for the Switch to be found as soon as possible so that they can install homebrew, emulators, and Switch game "backups" onto the system. Hell, if the Wii U didn't have a browser, its quite possible that the system would still not be hacked today, or at the very least not nearly as far along in the hacking scene as it is now.
