Something to note is that the quantity cheat doesn't work if you only have 1 item, if you drop it on the ground and pick it up it will still be 1 item. Thanks so much for this, much appreciated!!! I love Zelda games, but I absolutely cannot stand how easily weapons break.
Here are some step-by-step instructions if anyone needs them:
-Extract the rar file on your PC
-Place the folder where the OP mentioned on the Switch's SD card
-Grab the EdiZon.nro from GibHub and place it on your SD card where the rest of your .nro homebrews are located
-Launch Tears of the Kingdom and get in-game, press the Home button on the controller, go to the Album to open the Homebrew launcher, open EdiZon, go down to the cheats icon at the bottom, enable what you want, press the home button on the controller, re-open Tears of the Kingdom
Do the above and the cheats should be active / you should be good to go!

It looks like whenever you acquire an item (arrow, apple, mushroom, etc. it maxes that item out in your inventory to 999).
If you have 2 of em so you have 1 in your inventory and the other on the ground, THEN the quantity cheat works
