Homebrew System Transfer between a CFW 3DS and a non CFW 11.4 3DS

I have 2 3DSss, both are o3DSes. I'm have CFW on the source 3DS. The target 3DS is vanilla 11.4. I am going to sell the source 3DS cuz it's broken.

I just wanna know if this is a thing or not.

I'm just asking and I KNOW that ntrboothax is going to be possible but I don't have neither Powersaves nor a DS flashcart.
