You have to replace the "1.2" part of the link with "1.3" and it will download.

Just replace the 2 in the link with a 3. Don't see why they pulled 1.3 when literally everyone have it by now lol

From my understanding SX OS's custom payload launching is more limited. For example, you can't load custom kips using it. Would this allow you to do so?
