Feedback Hardware switch V2, after hwfly addon, it's hard to boot the device.

Hello,

After adding the hwfly modchip on my nintendo v2, it's very hard to boot up the device.
Below are the symptoms:

1. When I power up the device, I can see blue -> green led on the chip, but within <0.3sec, led / power goes off.
2. I have to re-attempt #1 for like 10 times, and it finally goes into hekate.
3. On Hekate, when I try to launch emunand, power goes off ocassionally
4. Once the boot is successful, I can then play games, no problem.
5. When the device goes into sleep mode, within <10min, device power goes off. (it also makes a battery disconnection sound, appears to be a short somewhere)

Issue disappears after the device has been powered up for a while, could it be related to cap (SP1 , 2) not functioning well?

SP1 , SP2 are all modded ok..?
I can measure 0.15~ohm on one side, but 0ohm on another side (for both SP1,2).
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Could you please advise what I should try next?
Device is on 16.0.1 , with latest HATS CFW.

Sound like it is not glitching 100% of the time.

it appears I found the problem.
The hekate shows 0deg, so could be related to 0degC -> device shutdown immediately..
Does anyone know what this could be due to, and how to fix it?
