Homebrew Surf the web in 2021? Homebrew app?

I've seen WiiBrowse and I'm pretty sure it's discontinued but is their any other way to browse the web and download and extract files from the app too?

I think its easier to download things from a computer or smartphone, then upload them to the wii via ftp. At least thats what I do and is quick and easy

Well it takes to long having to take out the sd card and then reinserting it.
Edit: whoops I read your post wrong but don't you need a wired network to do that?

Nope, all wireless.
