Hardware Suggestions?

So I got my 3ds back in August with a copy of OoT 3d, and i've been playing it till now, I'll never get bored of it, but I do like a bit of variety. I am low on money at the moment and i have financial problems. Would any of you guys suggest a good flash cart for the 3ds? I crave Pokémon white. And maybe a list of must have games that I should buy when I have the money? Thank you :3
