If team of hackers can crack wii, discover hacks in twilight, don't know how, but lol, they can of course do a converter for an image file, because i think that all files on an iso are crypted, and images should not be impossible to crack, because i think that nintendo has made one, that's why they have so many screens on their website.

I think it could be possible that the pictures are not real bitmaps.
They could be something like a savestate of the moment when you take the picture
because 100kb for an image with such a good resolution is very small.

Could very well be JPEG too, I know when you make a 'screenshot' of your SMG scoreboard it just takes a JPEG screenshot (I can clearly see artifacts when I check in Photo Channel).

I don't think this is like a video, because the screen would be VERY smaller.
I took 8 ice climbers, and one mario, same size

They are bitmap. Just need to find a converter

it looks like jpeg missing the header, so probably just adding the good header could do the trick.
For the video file it is indeed game script, but it's probably encrypted to limit exploits.

Bin is an universal format not just a CD Image format
Anyway why would an picture be converted to a CD Image?!
