You will need to make your way to a nearby cave, just north of the tower. You should see a journal that explains things, but follow the underground river until you seet some beams supporting a wooden platform. There should be a nearby sheet of wood that you can use Ultrahand on to place next to a couple of the beams to prevent the flow of water from moving it. Use it to stand on, and ascent to the tower above.

thank you. for anyone else haveing trouble the cave is a bit hard to see. find the small tent north of the gerudo highlands skyview tower. then gos west of that tent and you find the cave.

In the water temple, how do you activate the water wheels? Edit: Okay i see i need Sidon's ability, but he's not following me. How do I get him to follow me to use his ability?

yeah it's a game annoyance and it repeats with the other companions, afaik there's no hotkey to get them over to you, just have to move around and they should move to you eventually. Annoying form of escort mission garbage but thankfully without the fail if companion dies.

you should note that you cant get to the horned statue til after you beat the first dungeon.
also musicians are located:
drummer: outside k village where hestu maracas were in botw,
flute guy: is in a tree by the faron stable,
horn: in a hole near necro hill
to be more specific on gerudo highlands tower just north of it is a small tent west of the tent is the cave go in follow it down and there's some beams and a wood platform put wood platform in center of beams and use ascend

climbers chest piece is in the cave by new serenne stable

also note that:
Just a heads up, each dragon has 5 total materials to gather. The locations are as follow :
Horn - Horn
Fang - front of face
Claw - any of the hands
Scale - back/belly/spikes on back
Spike Shard - next to spikes on back, no need to hit they are just there
you can get the spike shard and material separately. no need to respawn the dragon to get a spike shard its just there regardless of where you shoot it with an arrow

enter from the cave here

go in and stand on the platform

attach a spear with batwing and throw it into the circle

oh and i almost forgot. when the researcher girl...i forget her name ., gives you the task to go with robby under ground to find the statue and take a picture of it, you actually can follow the arms of statues to the place you get the autobuild ability , and fight the mini boss there and get autobuild before doing the first dungeon
also one of the farieys is tricky. you have to put the wagon on something and attach a steering stick and the large wheels to get over the rocky terain to get them to the flower bud

also do you have a good place to wait at to farm dragons? if so that info be great to add. also there's a few ppl that have posted maps of dragon routes will post them here

oh and for the prices in the armor store to go down there's a girl by a pot talk to her and cook and give her a porridge made from milk wheet milk and sundalion, and it makes the prices go down and heals the granma. sundalion can be found on sky isles and also around some spots where ruins fell

NVM answer my own question. To defeat Moragia of death mtn you have to use the hover wings with fans on them so rockman can use it to attack each head. Easy if you have cheats for inf energy.

any pointers w death mountain boss battle? There's no explanation of how to even go about it and the path is right into nothing after the initial cutscene.
