1 anyone have recomedid place for dragon part farming?
2 anyone have a map of hyrule with stables and towers and caves
3 also how do i get the dragons to respawn. some how i got a fang and scale from naydra but i cant get a horn or claw even tho i shot her foot and head
4 how do i get the gear misko hid in the caves? a npc said something about a dog but i cant get the dogs to go in the cave to search for it i tried leading them in with trails of meat but nothing worked

wait you can farm dragons underground?!
After you beat the first dungeon go to lookout landing in the center of the town talk to a guy he opens up a secret passage underground, there's a woman that says she hears voices, crawl through the little hole then bomb the paths away, you'll find the horned statue that lets you switch your stamina and hearts

I just found out how to do that. You need to complete the side quests involving Cece at Hateno Village. The hat she gives you is pretty dapper (but useless sadly as the Great Fairies can't upgrade it) but if you talk to her in her shop she lets you put the hood up or down. You have to have the hood equipped when you talk to her by the way. And no it doesn't impact it's defense stat so there's no down side to having it down. 
EDIT: Oh and I just remembered there was a lady who's grandma was efflicted by gloom I had to cook a specific meal for. After I finished this quest she went off to work for Cece...But I'm not sure if this impacted the ability to have her change my hood. You *might* need to complete that one. You'll find her near a pot in Kakariko village. You need Hylian Rice, Milk, and Sundelians. The " wild greens" part calls for any fruit/veggie that doesn't give a stat change. I used Wild Barries in mine.
Another thing, if you for some reason sell a ammibo outfit or other special outfit you can reobtain it from Cece. After completing her sidequests of coarse. It's not gonna be cheap though so I'd advice you not get rid of said outfits just incase.

In the water temple, how do you activate the water wheels? Edit: Okay i see i need Sidon's ability, but he's not following me. How do I get him to follow me to use his ability?

If you mean Fierce Deity, I couldn't find the rest of the pieces, but the helmet is in the right eye of the Akkala Skull Lake.
Not sure if you ever got an answer. Emuiibo isn’t working for this game. So I also wanted to setup a working method for Amiibo that doesn’t require NFC cards or some other hardware other than an iPhone.
AmiiBoss Max can do it. It’s not that difficult to setup once you find the key and compatible bin files. Load your bin, select write, and then use the Amiibo power in game. Some boxes and a chest fall from the sky. The boxes always seem to give arrows and the chest seems to be random items with a chance to spawn the rare item set.
You can find a list of known items from each Amiibo here in this thread. If an Amiibo doesn’t work, it makes a beep noise and nothing else happens. My general method has been to load an amiibo bin file, spam “L” a bunch of times to drop boxes/chests, break the boxes and collect arrows, then open all the chests.

S @ salazarcosplay:@Xdqwerty I like how the game had the middle ages 1000AD, the dark ages 600AD.It was great seeing the post robot apocalypse 2300 like Terminator and enter the matrix. some of mad max and fallout. 2300ad though it could had used more elements instead of just a generic ai uprising. It was a great idea for their judgement day to be 1999 Y2K.

----between 1000ad and 1999 is a big gap they should have had the age of revolution like the american and French Revolution
then the cowboyy era in one area of map and the Industrial revolution/age of enlightmentthen a ww1 and ww2 and a cold war era -
