I was just playing the sims 3 ds but it's boring af, so is it possible to add cc, mods and cheats?

if someone were to figure out how to do that they'd immediately come across some pretty hard memory limitations, at least as far as cc is concerned, sims 3 isn't well known to be the most optimized game irrelevant of platform
the 3ds version would probably be a better bet, but i don't think anyone's interested in modding the 3ds version either
