if i'm not mistaken this hex change are roughly the same to be applied to pokemon and a few more game..
is this AP "practice" some standard instead of something implemented internally by the developer?

I actually think he just copy pasted it from http://www.ds-scene.net/?s=viewtopic&nid=9306. It's the patch for the 2ch release of Moe Moe Moe 2-Ji Daisenryaku 2: Yamato Nadeshiko (JPN).

On topic, I really hope the patch gets released.

I just wanted to add in that I am also one of the cheap ass few that still have their four year old cards from long ago (M3 Lite represent!) and I am eagerly awaiting this aforementioned patch.

Guys patch is being compiled works on DSTT with a12 so far I will upload it in 1 hour after testing

Update how to install patch:
1.Make a new folder called TARGET in the root of your card
2.Copy your Game into the TARGET Folder
3.You will get a file called "Rename To Name Of Your ROM.nds" in Patch.rar
4.Copy to root
5.Rename it to the same name of the ROM in the target folder
6.Load the .nds you copied to your root
7.Let it patch
8.Enjoy
