After hours of doing this process, I stumbled upon this tutorial late. Thank you so much for writing this! It was a success in the end. I could not figure out the TADpole steps so this tutorial really helped. I've shared my msed and the resulting msed with zoogie. Cheers!
Also you should note that on the jenkins site, say to enter a username even if they dont have an account. I was so confused on how to create an account but then realized I wasn't supposed to.
