Hey, I'm new here, I signed up just for the purpose of asking this question.
So I've got SDL Mame on my Wii and the aspect ratio is all out of wack each time I start a game. I have a widescreen television and I know about the slider controls, but they don't save upon exit. I would be okay with adjusting the ratio for each game I choose, but doing it every time is kind of a hassle.
Needless to say I appreciate and am in awe of the people who put this together, I just can't figure out how to make it more ergonomic, so to speak. Is there a way to make games boot in their proper aspect ratio?
Can someone help me out or point me towards a thread where this kind of thing has been addressed? I'm having trouble finding one.
