Misc SD card not working for certain stuff

So I have no clue if this is a problem anyone else is having and its not a huge issue. But my hacked Wii can use the SD card for stuff like homebrew channels but when I try to use applications like the photo channel or open images on the message board, it wont let me. Anyone know anything about this or have a fix for it?

It said "This card is not usable". My Wii also doesn't let me put normal Wii wad games on my SD card like Pokemon Rumble. But like I said it works for Homebrew stuff like Ninendont or general Homebrew apps.

I can't remember the exaxt cIOS that allows SD Card Channel reading.
You might be missing it.

Does this work for the normal Wii? It says it works for the vWii.
