I recently bought a used Wii U for hacking. I installed Tiramisu and everything fine (following this guide), but I had to use my 3DS's SD card because the new one I bought wasn't working.

Problem: Wii U says the card cannot be used. EnvironmentLoader says it couldn't locate payload.elf (even though it's there).

This is the SD card I bought: According to Nintendo the Wii U doesn't support UHS cards:

SD memory cards with a capacity of up to 2 GB and SDHC memory cards with a capacity of up to 32 GB are compatible.

SDXC and fast-transfer UHS-type memory cards are not compatible.
Is this why it doesn't work? Most cards nowadays are UHS it seems.

The card was formatted using guiformat. FAT32, 32KB allocation size. Before using it with the console, I tested it with h2testw and got this worrying result:

The media is likely to be defective.
29.6 GByte OK (62119850 sectors)
95.0 MByte DATA LOST (194646 sectors)
Details:95.0 MByte overwritten (194598 sectors)
24 KByte slightly changed (< 8 bit/sector, 48 sectors)
0 KByte corrupted (0 sectors)
95.0 MByte aliased memory (194598 sectors)
First error at offset: 0x00000000003023d0
Expected: 0x36446156eeb1f4d0
Found: 0x36446156eeb1e4d0
H2testw version 1.3
Writing speed: 21.1 MByte/s
Reading speed: 32.9 MByte/s
H2testw v1.4

However, the defective area is pretty small. Is this fine? I tried googling around but didn't get a definitive answer.

I just want to know whether I bought the wrong card, or just a defective one, or if the issue is something else entirely. Pls halp!
