My Russian sucks, but I'm pretty sure it says "Great Arcade Games Online" (literally it says "Gaming Machines", but I presume it's talking about arcades) and that creepy monkey and strawberry both say "Play Online".

EDIT: It could also mean "Best Arcade Games on the Internet" ... probably that's it.

I think they are talking about gambling machines (slot machines, poker machines, online one-armed bandit, etc. etc.) and not arcade games here.

A bit of amateur etymology here: "lučšije" means "great"? Does that have something to do with luč = svijetlo, sjaj, "lučnije" = sjajno?

Ah, you're probably right. In my language, it can mean both an arcade machine or a slot machine, and that monkey reminded me of the old DK arcades that used to be available.

Actually, according to my dictionary, ?????? means 'best' ... and yes, you're right, I assumed the same thing, but I wouldn't dare saying that's really the case (I'm only learning Russian for three months ... ). I have a nasty habit of jumping to conclusions (as seen above), and it needs to stop.
