I haven't used it myself, but I believe Emudeck installs a CHD script to your decktop that you can use (Advanced install).

CHD is better than ISO in my opinion (I use Duckstation).

A bit late reply, but even so...

You don't need to convert anything: just have the bin and cue files the same name (without extension, of course) and duckstation will find and use it.
