Hacking Sanrio Character Picross Sprite Scrape

I'm going to attempt to rip the sprites from sanrio picross, since there is some unique art in there and it hasn't been ripped yet. I haven't done any ripping before, so this would be my first project. I'll update here with my WIP's and results (or if I give up lol)

I'll link any resources I use as well so if someone wants to start off where I leave off, or if someone wants to do a similar project, they can also get help.

If you have any experience ripping 2D sprites, I'd love any feedback/guide links. ^^

They are coming out all scrambled because they require the BJAE ones to function. I believe this sprite has an animation on it however so I'll try with some other ones.
