Odd, I reinstalled the screen init and Tested it out- it works for me. Try looking closely for the init. Put a splash in the aurei folder to test. Check what arm9loaderhax.bin you are loading by default- is it the AuReiNand one?

Instead of a splash I am using anim and I can say that without a doubt it bricks at the begining, and I am running the Aureinand 3.14 arm9loaderhax.bin.

Well I have anim loading a image at boot and ctrBootManager9 with its config file loading .bin files. That is it I have not done anything to damage how my 3ds works.

I mean, how do you install arm9loaderhax? What do you use? Which filles? What are your steps?
have you tried to re-download aurei and delete everything but the payloads?

it's working if the animation is working

Yes the animation works on my 3ds at boot, but if I press select or if I let the image finish loading it soft bricks.

1. Anim loads the animation at boot which means anim is not bricking the a9lh

2. I can't load ctrbootmanager9 AFTER the animation is finished loading

3. Could ctrbootmanager9 be the culprit?

It could be. I don't know how to help you- your a9lh install was complete and is working. Your setup is probably askew. If you are not satisfied, then install your older A9LH payloads or Delebile's. Thank you.
