Homebrew Roms from DVD won't load on FCEmu and GenPlus

Hey guys, my wii has DVDx installed and reads data DVDs, but both of those applications refuse to load from the DVD. Is there something else I need to do to allow this?

if you want more help you need to give more information... does it load in the snesgx?

you need to burn on dvd-r for best compatibility DVD+R will make coasters if you want to use them in the wii that is... and if you do burn with them your dvd burner you need to change book type to dvd-r and most dvd burners i ran across cannot do it properly.

no, it is not a wii game, it is a data disc

you need to burn it as a dvd-rom (use either -R discs or set the booktype to dvdrom if using +R)

I can never get dvds to be read by my wii unless I change the booktype to "dvd-rom"

Dont use dvd-rw just dvd-r.
