Gaming Ripping NDS retail save on 3ds

I am wondering if there is any way to do this without having to buy a save dongle. I have a few r4 cards as well as a dstwo.

I'm curious about this as well, since Gateway mode can see DS carts and Pokemon Transfer can be used whilst in Gateway mode you'd think that's it would be easy to make a 3DS homebrew app that could read them.

Yea or modify savedatafiler some how to be able to export the raw data then a computer program to compile the save to work with an r4 card
