<see title>

Reasoning: We can already dump the files using Uncart/Decrypt9 to the 3DS format, but the converting to CIA part still requires a PC. Making it so that the entire process can be done without having to use a PC would make things a lot easier.

Correct me if I'm wrong but possible on latest release of decrypt9 :)

OK. Still, a more in-depth explanation would be nice. (Why is it not powerful enough? As far as I can see, tools like decrypt9 are also able to decrypt CIA/3DS files on the 3DS, so why would it be more difficult to convert 3DS to CIA.)

I am an A9LH user with system firmware 11 and decrypt9 doesn't work as it should. Doesn't give you the right keys when you generate XOR keys.

Even says in the official thread on here that it works on 9.2 or lower
Then you must have an outdated version of decrept9. I have the same setup as you and have used it to make personal cias multiple times.

What a timing, lol :P I got it working just a few hours before you asked :P

I'm sure it'll be released in a few (1-3) days :D
Also if true, neet

You can't use the 3dsx version, use the a9lh payload and it works fine.

You are doing something wrong that causes it to work incorrectly, or you are using some old version that is bugged. Because I've used the last few latest versions perfectly fine and have had no issues generating xorpads with A9LH on 11.0

Yes I have already been told this but thank you for the reminder
