Ok, so i don't know if this is possible or not, but I really wanted to make this request, so I registered to see what could be done. Would it be somehow possible to incoporate a link mode for VBA? What I mean by this is you choose how many gbas are playing 1-4, and if you are doing 2 or more, your screen would shrink to a quarter of the tv screen rather than take up the full screen, and would be located in the upper left corner, 2nd gameboy in upper right, 3rd in lower left, 4th in lower right. By doing this, you could tehn link up and play the multiplayer form of the games. I know that versions of VBA for the pc support something similar to this, so I don't know how possible this would be or not.
If that even is possible, would it in turn be possible for say 2 of these games to be on at the same time (multiplayer games that require more than one cart), but not neccessarily linked up. Like 2 people playing pokemon at the same time, and then when they want to fight or trade they both go to the pokecenter and then create the link connection.
If thats not possible. How about creating a link via the wireless connection. Though I'm not really sure how well that would work out. The point is, the gba had a lot of great multiplayer games that go unplayed now because of the lack of a link connection in the DS, and it would be great if these kinds of modes could be unlocked again.
