I can't find any plugin for this version that works for me.

I'm using exactly this one (downloaded from MEGA) and it works perfectly for me. Just put it into sd:/plugin/00040000001AAA00 (or is it /plugins? either way), start NTR, start the game, in-game go into NTR's menu (X+Y), choose "Game Plugin" and there choose your cheats.

I had the same problem. After installing the latest version of NTR, it worked.

I wish someone will make this possible, because I played the game A LOT and still couldn't find some characters... and it's a matter of luck. Not skills...
