Hacking Remove Region Lock from a CIA

To make a cia region free manually. Decrypt and unpack the game, go to /exeFS and edit "icon.bin" with an hex editor, go to ofset 0x2018 and replace the firt 4 couple of numbers by "FF FF FF 7F".

Do you realize this thread is 4 years old and hasn't had a reply in 3 years?
I know you want to help but with all CFW being region free now, it's not particularly relevant anymore.
