Trying to use houston. First I got the error about cygwin, found a copy of it so all good (how do you download files from github?). Now I get, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." How do I fix this?

You fix it by using genuine cygwin1.dll i posted in FAQ. Just press View Raw.

Thank you! I didn't realise that was how you downloaded it. Have a new problem though - running it brings up a command window which disappears immediately, and a houston.exe.stackdump file is created. Have I made anther mistake?

I don't get it. I open nasa on my 3ds and it still closes

Run a command window and cd to the folder that contains houston.exe and cygwin.dll and your cia file. Then say houston IP address shown in nasa) yourfile.cia. Then it will install.

Edit: This is mine as an example:

Try this instead:
>Put houston.exe + cygwin1.dll on the same folder as your CIAs
>Open the command prompt/CMD and go to the folder where houston.exe is located
>Type "houston.exe *IP address that shows up on your 3ds* gamefile.cia" without the quotes.

The 3ds screen is the exact same doing nothing

Do you setup anything on the 3ds before you start this? That is all I get and my 3ds screen stays the same I click nothing
