Did you install this themes with FBI? If yes that's why they don't show up. Use BigBlueMenu Instead.

You're welcome @C0ntroller! I'm glad it worked. I don't know if you know it but entering eShop will delete all themes you installed.
I personnaly use CHMM2 to avoid this.

You can try to delete the theme cache located in your sd card:
- "Nintendo 3DS\<ID0>\<ID1>\extdata\00000000\000002ce" for EUR
- "Nintendo 3DS\<ID0>\<ID1>\extdata\00000000\000002cd" for USA
- "Nintendo 3DS\<ID0>\<ID1>\extdata\00000000\000002cc" for JPN

But before installing themes, make sure you rebuild the cache by entering at least once into the theme selector in Home Menu. Hope it helps.

That's strange @smileyhead.

Are you sure nothing were selected except these two themes in Howling Theme Tool? It's impossible for the Home Menu to even get the name Mood Matrix if you don't have compiled it first.

Edit: Oh and don't install more than one .CIA theme package.

Ok. Can you check into BigBlueMenu if you see the title ID under the red line saying "Browser..." in first tab:

- JPN: 0x00082
- USA: 0x0008f
- EUR: 0x00098

That's the theme pack id now that you have two installed Idk if it will mess up.

So... I kinda got a little problem:
I had it working before no problem, I even was able to add another batch of .cia-themes after I installed the first pack.
Now I tried it a third time, but now, almost all of my themes except the ones I installed the second time are gone, also, the new ones didn't install as well.
I tried deleting the second pack of themes: No luck, they reappeared after a reboot. O_O


While typing, I managed to find a solution: Go into Settings -> Data Management -> Nintendo 3DS -> Add-on Content -> Delete "theme"-file, go back and reinstall your themes.

The tool crashes on 'Creating Icons'. (my icon.png's are just fine) Running Windows 10, converting some JP region themes to USA CIA. Anyone else have this happen?

Most likely it was conflict with previously installed theme pack,
you could had it if you ever installed another theme pack or used Theme Shop.
Old DevMenu can overwrite it, BBM can't.

i logged to eshop but one theme wont go away
and all my legit theme are gone and when i go to theme shop i see price on them like i didn't bought them

when trying to install free theme it's give me error.

Search for CTR-M-HMME-00 in DevMenu.
Always delete custom theme pack before entering theme shop,
otherwise you'll get an error. Also, theme shop and eshop will always
disable your non legit themes (but they won't be actually deleted).
If you're often using eshop and theme shop, I would recommend you
to use CHMM instead, or you'll be forced to reinstall theme pack every time.
